Introduce your name, hometown and current home in a first meeting.
The idea
はじめまして opens an introduction when meeting someone for the first time. 出身 means where you are from; 出身はアンカラです names your hometown. 住んでいます describes where you live now: 東京に住んでいます.

Watch out
出身 and current residence need not be the same. よろしくお願いします closes an introduction politely; it is not a literal name.
