Make weather small talk, ask about rain and say you will take an umbrella.
The idea
ね invites agreement or a shared observation, as in いい天気ですね. 雨(あめ) means rain; 午後は雨です says it will rain in the afternoon. 傘(かさ) is an umbrella; 傘を持っていきます means you will take one with you.
