Greet a neighbour and ask a simple question about your new home.
The idea
隣の部屋 means the room or apartment next door; 隣 identifies the neighbouring place. どこに出しますか asks where to put something out, here the rubbish. ありがとうございます thanks the neighbour politely after an answer.
