Use 見せる to show something to someone. These everyday examples show polite speech and the words and particles that accompany the verb.
The idea
見せる is an ichidan verb: remove final る and add ます or て to make 見せます and 見せて. 見せません is polite negative and 見せました is polite past; the non-past can describe a habit or the future. Mark the viewer with に and the thing shown with を. 見る means to look; 見せる means to show.
