A short notice gives practical information quickly. Read its heading first to identify who or what it concerns.
The idea
Match each question to the relevant line. 休み marks the closed day; から introduces a starting time and まで an end or limit. 一人三冊まで gives a limit of three books per person.

Watch out
Monday starts at nine, but Wednesday starts at ten. Do not assume the notice states Wednesday’s closing time: it does not. This is original practice, not an official test question.
