Use 捨てる to talk about disposal and letting go, then practise its forms.

The idea

捨てる is an ichidan verb meaning to throw away or discard. Mark the thing discarded with を. Remove る to make 捨てます, 捨てない and 捨てて; a dream can also be its object figuratively.

Watch out

Do not conjugate it like a godan verb: the て form is 捨てて, not 捨てって. 捨てる means discarding, while ごみを出す can describe putting rubbish out for collection.
