出だす is used for taking something out or submitting it. These examples use polite everyday Japanese.

The idea

出だす is a godan verb. Its polite non-past is 出だします, polite negative 出だしません, polite past 出だしました, and て form 出だして. The non-past can express a habit or a future event, depending on context. から marks where an object comes from and を marks the object; 出でる describes going out, not taking something out.
