The idea
Enter the seven-digit 郵便番号 in its field. Under 都道府県, enter the prefecture, such as 東京都; then add the city or ward, town and block numbers, and any building and room number in the fields provided. Forms vary, so follow their labels.
Examples
- 郵便番号を入力してください。Please enter the postal code.
- 郵便番号は、１２３－４５６７です。The postal code is 123-4567.
- 都道府県の欄に、東京都と書いてください。Write Tokyo in the prefecture field.
- 次に、市や区を書いてください。Write the city or ward next.
- 建物名と部屋番号も入力してください。Enter the building name and room number too.
- 送信する前に、住所を確認してください。Please check the address before sending.

Watch out
