The idea
An office is ofis; masa is a table or desk. Learn toplantı odası (meeting room) as a pair: toplantı names its purpose and odası names the room. When saying where something is, the ending goes on the final word: toplantı odasında. Keep the -sı and add -n- before the location ending.

Watch out
Do not shorten the meeting room to toplantı: that word means the meeting itself. For the room, keep odası; for “in the meeting room”, write toplantı odasında, not toplantı odasıda.
