Guten Tag, Frau Berger. Hier spricht Leon Weber aus der Fahrradwerkstatt. Die vereinbarten Arbeiten an Ihrem Fahrrad sind fertig, aber wir haben eine Rückfrage zur Beleuchtung. Das Rücklicht funktioniert wieder. Das Vorderlicht haben wir noch nicht ersetzt; wir möchten zuerst mit Ihnen über die Kosten sprechen. Bitte rufen Sie uns heute bis siebzehn Uhr zurück. Morgen ist die Werkstatt wegen einer Fortbildung geschlossen. Ab Donnerstag können Sie Ihr Fahrrad zwischen neun und achtzehn Uhr abholen. Unsere Telefonnummer steht auf Ihrem Abholschein.
