The idea
Move from summary to interpretation to a concrete detail: Özetle…, Bana göre…, Örneğin…. For an article, Yazar… savunuyor reports a claim, while ele alıyor names a topic without implying agreement. In zaman ayırması gerektiğini savunuyor, gerektiğini makes the necessity part of the claim being reported. Ask Hangi bölüm seni böyle düşündürdü? to invite evidence. Bu yoruma kısmen katılıyorum, ama… lets you accept part of an interpretation before explaining a reservation.

Watch out
Do not present your own reading as the author’s stated position. Bana göre marks your view; yazara göre attributes a view to the author. A character’s action can support an interpretation without proving what the author believes. Also keep yoruma katılıyorum: the interpretation you agree with takes the dative, not yorumu.
