You will name the seven geographical regions and connect each with a concrete reference point. Use the table as a starting point for conversation, not as a complete portrait of a region or its people.
The idea
Use the full name when clarity matters: Karadeniz Bölgesi names the region, while Karadeniz can also name the sea. With bulunmak in a question about experience, mark the location: İç Anadolu'da bulundun mu? means ‘Have you been to Central Anatolia?’ Full names take the ending on the last word: Ege Bölgesi'nde. To limit a claim, use bölgenin bazı yerlerinde (in some parts of the region).

Watch out
Knowing one city does not mean knowing the whole region. Karadeniz Bölgesi'nin bazı yerlerinde çay yetiştiriliyor leaves room for local differences; replacing bazı yerlerinde with her yerinde claims tea is grown everywhere. Also keep Doğu Anadolu and Güneydoğu Anadolu distinct: they name two of the seven regions.
