Arrange a delivery window, give clear address details and confirm a changed appointment in German. Können wir die Lieferung verschieben? — Can we reschedule the delivery?

The idea

Use am with a weekday and um with a precise time. Zwischen zehn und zwölf gives a window, not one exact arrival time.

Use it in context

A time window is a range, not a promise of one precise minute. Repeat the weekday and both times. Lieferung means delivery to a destination; Abholung means collection. Ask which service the speaker means.

Verschieben means moving an appointment to another time; absagen means cancelling it. Specify the new weekday and time window when rescheduling.
