Prices use 円 (えん), and お釣り (おつり) is the change returned after payment.

The idea

Read the number before 円: 350円 is さんびゃくごじゅうえん and 1,280円 is せんにひゃくはちじゅうえん. 税込み means tax included. Subtract the total from the cash given to find the change.
