The idea

Use に for the destination and 送りたいです to say you want to send something. 送料はいくらですか asks the price; 書いてください requests an action.

Examples

  • すみません、この荷物にもつをドイツに送おくりたいです。Excuse me, I would like to send this parcel to Germany.
  • 中身なかみは本ほんと服ふくです。The contents are books and clothes.
  • 送料そうりょうはいくらですか。How much is the postage?
  • 船便ふなびんでお願ねがいします。Surface mail, please.
  • ここに住所じゅうしょを書かいてください。Please write the address here.
  • はい、わかりました。Yes, understood.

Watch out

船便 means surface mail, not a promise of a particular delivery date. Ask staff about available services and restrictions.
