Prepare for business situations by identifying the information that drives an action.

The idea

The BJT is a computer-based test of business Japanese communication, with listening, listening-reading and reading tasks. Results use a score and proficiency levels, not JLPT grades. In a message, までに sets a deadline; 変更されました signals a change; 不足 means a shortage.

Examples

Please send the materials by tomorrow.
The meeting has been moved to three o’clock.
I will confirm the delivery date with the person in charge.
As the stock is insufficient, we will contact the customer.
Could you check the contents before the meeting?
I apologise for the delay in my reply.

Watch out

N2 is this lesson’s difficulty label, not an official BJT level or a conversion from a BJT score. These original written exercises are practice, not official test questions.
