Suggest a place and time to meet, and confirm which station exit you mean.
The idea
で marks where an action takes place: 駅の前で会いましょう proposes meeting in front of the station. 東口(ひがしぐち) means east exit. Ask 東口ですか to confirm the exact exit. に marks a specific time: 三時に会いましょう means let's meet at three.
