Use 変わる to describe a change in weather, plans, or other things.

The idea

変わる is an intransitive godan verb: the thing that changes is marked by が or presented as the topic with は. に can mark the resulting state. Its polite form is 変わります and its て form is 変わって.

Watch out

Do not use を to mark the thing changing with 変わる. Transitive 変える instead describes someone changing something: 予定を変えます.
