Use eczane to name a pharmacy, locate it and say whose it is. The table keeps the noun’s case, plural and possessive forms together; the examples show how those choices change a sentence.
The idea
The stem eczane stays intact: its final e gives eczaneler, eczanede and eczaneden. It ends in a vowel, so the object form is eczaneyi and the destination is eczaneye, with y. Possession gives eczanem, eczanemiz and eczanesi. After third-person eczanesi, a case ending takes n: eczanesine. Compare eczanemde, which needs no extra n.

Watch out
Do not read eczaneyi as “his/her pharmacy”: that is eczanesi. The first marks a specific object; the second marks possession. Going to that person’s pharmacy requires eczanesine, not eczanesiye. After a number, keep the noun singular: iki eczane.
Try it yourself
Write the whole word: I am looking for this pharmacy.
Show answer or example answer
eczaneyi
eczaneyi: bu identifies the pharmacy being sought, so it is a specific object of arıyorum. The final vowel needs the linking y before -i.
Write the plural: pharmacies. There is no number before the noun.
Show answer or example answer
eczaneler
eczaneler: the task asks for several pharmacies without a number. The last vowel is e, so choose -ler; iki eczane would instead leave the noun singular.
Write the whole word: Our pharmacy is small.
Show answer or example answer
eczanemiz
eczanemiz: bizim identifies the owners as “we”. Since the noun already ends in a vowel, attach -miz directly; there is no extra i after the stem.
Write the whole word: We are going to his or her pharmacy.
Show answer or example answer
eczanesine
eczanesine: onun identifies the owner, while gidiyoruz makes the pharmacy the destination. Keep -si for possession, then add n and the dative -e.
