The idea
返品できますか asks whether a return is possible; 交換できますか asks about an exchange. Add 別のサイズに to say what you want instead.
Examples
- すみません、これを返品できますか。Excuse me, can I return this?
- これを昨日買いました。I bought it yesterday.
- サイズが合いません。The size does not fit.
- レシートがあります。I have the receipt.
- 別のサイズに交換できますか。Can I exchange it for a different size?
- いつまでこれを返品できますか。Until when can I return it?
