Use やすい and にくい to describe how easy or difficult an action is in a particular situation.

The idea

Remove ます from the polite verb and add やすい or にくい: 読みます → 読みやすい, 食べます → 食べにくい, します → しやすい. The result behaves like an い-adjective: 読みやすかった is past, 読みにくくない is negative.

Watch out

やすい here means easy to do, not the adjective 安い meaning inexpensive. Difficulty is not impossibility: 読みにくい means hard to read, not cannot read.
