The idea

午前 marks morning and までに sets a deadline. 雨の場合は introduces a condition: the community centre replaces the park if it rains.

• 会場かいじょうは駅えきの前まえの公園こうえんです。The venue is the park in front of the station.
• 雨あめの場合ばあいは、公民館こうみんかんで行おこないます。If it rains, it will be held at the community centre.
• 料理りょうり教室きょうしつには、事前じぜんの申もうし込こみが必要ひつようです。The cooking workshop requires advance registration.
• 金曜日きんようびまでに公民館こうみんかんで申もうし込こんでください。Please register at the community centre by Friday.

Watch out

The community centre is both the rain venue and the registration location; registration is required for the cooking workshop, not stated for the whole festival.
