Specific feedback connects an observed action to its effect before proposing a next step.
The idea
Use そのおかげで to connect a helpful action with its positive result. 一方 introduces another aspect; 〜にくい describes difficulty. 〜ていただけますか makes the next action a polite request.
Examples
At last week’s meeting, you shared the materials beforehand.
That made it easier for participants to prepare.
On the other hand, the conclusion was a little hard to understand.
Next time, could you state the main points at the beginning?
I think that would make the purpose of the discussion clearer.
What do you think about this approach?
