Use istasyon for a station, including a railway or metro station. You will describe where you wait, where a train is heading and which station belongs to your route. The table keeps the forms of this one noun together.
The idea
The stem istasyon stays unchanged: istasyonu, istasyona, istasyonda, istasyondan. Its final vowel o gives u in istasyonum and istasyonun, but the plural is istasyonlar; “our stations” is istasyonlarımız. In metro istasyonu, the final -u marks the noun compound. Before a case ending it is retained and followed by n: metro istasyonuna, metro istasyonunda. These common nouns take no apostrophe.

Watch out
For “at the metro station”, do not shorten the compound to metro istasyonda. Start from metro istasyonu and write metro istasyonunda. Bare istasyonda is correct when you simply mean “at the station”.
