Use otel to describe a stay, a destination and a place you leave. Then add possession to say whose hotel you mean; “our hotel” can be the one we stay at, not necessarily one we own.
The idea
The last vowel of otel is e, so its forms include oteller, otele, otelde and otelim. The stem keeps its l: there is no softening. Compare oteli buldum (I found the hotel) with onun oteli (his/her hotel): the same oteli is a specific object in the first phrase and a possessive form in the second. A case ending follows possession: otelimizde means at our hotel.

Watch out
Do not turn onun oteli into onun otelde. For “at his/her hotel”, keep the possessive -i, insert n, then add -de: onun otelinde. Without that possession, otelde simply says at the hotel.
Try it yourself
Complete with the whole word: I found the hotel on the map.
Show answer or example answer
oteli
oteli: the map helps you identify a particular hotel, and that hotel is the thing you found. The ending -i marks this specific object; it does not express ownership here.
Write the plural: hotels. There is no numeral.
Show answer or example answer
oteller
oteller: you are naming several hotels without a numeral. The e in the stem selects -ler, and the stem’s final l remains beside the suffix’s l.
Complete: Breakfast is ready at our hotel. Write the whole word.

otelimizde
otelimizde: breakfast is ready at a location associated with us. Build otel + -imiz + -de; otelimiz alone says “our hotel” but does not mark the location.
Complete: We stayed at his or her hotel for three nights.

otelinde
otelinde: onun identifies a third-person possessor. The form is otel + -i + n + -de; the linking n allows the case ending to follow this possessive form.
