A school notice is unclear. Ask a teacher what it concerns, when to submit the form and what to bring.

The idea

Use このお知らせについて to identify the notice. いつまでに asks for a deadline; 金曜日までに means by Friday. 持っていきます asks about taking something to the event, while 持ってきてください asks the listener to bring it.

Examples

Excuse me, please tell me about this notice.
What is this notice about?
It is a notice about next week’s school event.
By when should I submit the application form?
Please give it to the teacher by Friday.
What should I bring on the day?
Please bring a packed lunch and water.
By Friday, right? Thank you.

Watch out

までに marks a deadline, not a continuous period. Repeat the date with ですね to check your understanding.
