Check a bill with staff and explain a possible duplicate charge.

The idea

一つしか注文していません means you ordered only one: しか takes a negative verb. 載っているようです presents the duplicate as an observation.

Examples

Excuse me, could you check the bill?
We only ordered one of this dish.
It looks like two are listed on the bill.
The amount seems to be different.
Could you calculate it again?
Is the total correct now?

Watch out

ようです expresses an impression, not proof of a mistake. Show the item and let staff check it before drawing a conclusion.
