Follow an announcement about revised meeting arrangements. Read or play the examples in order, then retrieve specific details.

The idea

Listen for what the question asks first: time, place or document. 当初 signals the original plan; 変更します gives the replacement. ではなく rejects the room before naming the hall. 旧版 and 最新版 distinguish the discarded and required documents. The final time also determines the registration deadline: 9:50.

Examples

The meeting was initially scheduled for Tuesday at two in the afternoon.
Because of the department head’s schedule, it will be changed to Wednesday at ten in the morning.
The venue is the hall on the second floor, not meeting room three.
Discard the old version of the materials and bring the latest version.
The latest version was emailed to everyone this morning.
Please also complete registration at least ten minutes before the start.

Watch out

A plausible detail may have been mentioned only to be rejected. Do not choose Tuesday or room three just because you heard it; check negation and corrections. This is original practice, not an official test item.
