When two jobs are waiting, name them and ask which to start first. Confirm the answer so that you and your colleague share the same plan.
The idea
Use どちらを先にしたほうがいいですか to ask which of two tasks it is better to do first. を marks the task, 先に means first, and したほうがいいですか asks for advice. After the reply, use それから for the next step.
