A guest asks when to check out. Give the deadline, explain where to return the key and, if available, offer to hold luggage.
The idea
In 十時まで, まで marks the deadline. お返しください politely asks the guest to return something; お預かりできます says that staff can hold it. Confirm the collection time with ですね.
Examples
What time is checkout?
Checkout is by ten in the morning.
Please return your key to the front desk.
We can keep your luggage after checkout as well.
When will you collect your luggage?
You will return at three in the afternoon. Certainly.

Watch out
まで means “by,” not “from.” State morning or afternoon and offer storage only if the hotel actually provides it.
