At the end of a meeting, restate the decision and confirm who will do what by when.
The idea
Use ことに決まりました for a decision already reached. Mark the person responsible with が担当します, then check the deadline with でよろしいですか. までに gives the latest time for completion.

Watch out
A proposal is not yet a decision. Confirm agreement before using 決まりました, and distinguish the deadline from the next meeting date.
