A useful request names the draft, identifies what you want checked and gives a reasonable deadline.

The idea

Use 見ていただけますか to politely ask someone to look at your work. Follow it with a specific question such as 説明がわかりやすいか, and use いただけると助かります to make a deadline a considerate request.

Examples

The draft of the document is ready.
Could you look at it when you have time?
Please tell me especially whether the explanation is clear.
Are there any parts I should revise?
It would help if I could receive your feedback by Friday.
Thank you. I will revise it based on your comments.

Watch out

A request to look at a draft does not say what kind of feedback you need. Name the point you want checked and allow enough time for a reply.
