The idea
In this model, özet previews the whole report; amaç ve kapsam states the purpose and scope; bulgular presents observations; sonuç draws a supported conclusion; öneri proposes an action. This is a useful structure, not a compulsory format for every workplace. Write the summary last. Use kayıtlara göre to identify the evidence and öneriyoruz to mark a proposal. Watch out
Do not turn a suggestion into a settled plan when shortening the report. Kontrol edilmesini öneriyoruz means that we recommend a check; kontrol edilecek says that it will be checked. If approval is still pending, keep henüz onaylanmadı in the summary too. Two incomplete addresses among three delayed deliveries do not establish the cause of every delay.
