A date change is easier when you identify the booking and check its terms.

The idea

Use 変更したいのですが to introduce the request politely. から marks the original date and に the new date. 変更できますか asks whether the change is possible; 送っていただけますか politely requests a confirmation.

  • すみません、予約よやくを変更へんこうしたいのですが。Excuse me, I would like to change my reservation.
  • 予約番号よやくばんごうは１２３４です。My reservation number is 1234.
  • 宿泊日しゅくはくびを六月ろくがつ十日とおかから十一日じゅういちにちに変更へんこうできますか。Can I change my stay from June 10 to June 11?
  • 十一日じゅういちにちは空あいていますか。Is there availability on June 11?
  • 変更へんこうすると、追加料金ついかりょうきんがかかりますか。Will there be an additional charge if I change it?
  • では、十一日じゅういちにちに変更へんこうをお願ねがいします。Then please change it to June 11.
  • 変更後へんこうごの予約内容よやくないようをメールで送おくっていただけますか。Could you email me the updated reservation details?
