In a shop, describe how a garment fits and ask for a different size.

The idea

Use きつい for tight and ゆるい for loose. With an い-adjective, remove い and add すぎます to say something is excessively so: 長い becomes 長すぎます. もっと大きいサイズ asks for a larger size.

Examples

May I try this on?
This shirt is a little tight.
The sleeves are too long.
The waist is a little loose.
Do you have a larger size?
This size fits just right.

Watch out

大きい describes size; きつい describes how tight the garment feels. A larger size may help, but it does not necessarily fix sleeve length.
