Tell a building manager what is wrong, where it is and when a repair visit is possible.

The idea

水が漏れています describes water currently leaking; 壊れています describes a broken state. 修理していただけますか is a polite request for someone to repair it.

Examples

Water is leaking from the kitchen tap.
The tap has been broken since yesterday.
Water is dripping onto the floor.
Could you please repair it?
When could someone come?
I will be home tomorrow afternoon.
