Use 限りでは to state a conclusion within the bounds of your information.
The idea
Attach 限りでは to a plain verb form: 知っている限りでは means “as far as I know”; 調べた限りでは refers to what you checked. The main clause gives the conclusion, which may change with new evidence.
| Evidence | Limited conclusion |
|---|---|
Examples
As far as I know, that shop is open on Sundays too.
As far as I could find out, there is no cinema in this town.
From what I heard, the meeting starts at three in the afternoon.
As far as I could see, the bridge had no major damage.
As far as I remember, he has not mentioned that.
From what I read in the documents, the plan has not been decided yet.

Watch out
This is a limit on the basis of a claim, not a guarantee that it is universally true. 知る is normally 知っている for a current state of knowledge.
