Formal messages often combine respectful forms for the recipient with humble forms for the writer or their group.

The idea

Use お送りいたします for your own sending and 伺います for your own visit; ご確認いただけますか requests the recipient’s action as a favour. ご確認くださいました acknowledges an action they did for you.

Examples

I will send you the documents.
Could you please check the documents?
The department manager kindly checked it.
Our representative will visit tomorrow.
The president will attend the meeting.
I look forward to your reply.

Watch out

Do not use いらっしゃいます for your own visit. The right form depends on the person performing the action and the relationship, not simply on making every verb more elaborate.
