Make polite requests with お願いします in a shop, and understand よろしくお願いします when starting a relationship.

The idea

Begin with すみません to get attention, then name the drink and use ください or お願いします. 一杯 counts one cup; ホット and アイス distinguish hot and iced drinks. 持ち帰りで requests takeaway. After an item, をお願いします requests it; でお願いします specifies an arrangement. よろしくお願いします can express hope for a good relationship or cooperation.
