The recipe in an old book

The idea

Follow the clues in order: Yuu was tidying up her grandmother’s old books. On the paper was an apple cake recipe in her grandmother’s handwriting. When Yuu asked her grandmother, she told her, “Thirty minutes.” They made the cake using the recipe and ate it together.
