Introduce your colleague by name, department and role so the visitor knows whom they are meeting.

The idea

Use こちらは〜です to introduce someone politely. の connects a department to a name; を担当しています describes the work the person handles. When speaking to an outside visitor, commonly give your own colleague’s surname without さん.
