A missing folder is easier to find when you name it, say where you have looked and ask a colleague for help.

The idea

Say ファイルが見みつかりません when you cannot find the folder. Give its colour and last known location, then ask どこにあるか、知しっていますか. The request 探さがしていただけますか politely asks someone to search with you.
