When a safety instruction is unclear, ask again and confirm your understanding before starting.
The idea
Use もう一度 with 言っていただけますか for a polite request to repeat. With てから, the first action comes before the second.
Examples
Excuse me, could you repeat the safety instructions?
Sorry, I could not hear well.
Please speak a little more slowly.
Which button do I press?
Do I put on a helmet before starting work?
Let me check: I stop the machine before cleaning it, right?
