A customer says their order has not arrived. Write a helpful, formal reply.
The idea
Thank the customer and acknowledge the reported problem. お詫び申し上げます is a formal apology; 確認しております states what you are checking. Use までに with a deadline for your next update.

Watch out
Do not invent the cause or promise a replacement before confirming the facts. までに sets a latest time for the update, not the delivery itself.
