An ilan is an advertisement; kiralık daire announces a flat for rent. You will read short ad labels and turn missing details into questions. The amounts in the exercises are invented.
The idea
Kiralık describes something available to rent; kira names the rent, and aylık kira the monthly rent. Depozito is a security deposit. Ask Aylık kira ne kadar? and Depozito ne kadar? separately. Faturalar kiraya dâhil mi? asks whether the bills are included in the rent; kiraya dâhil değil says they are not.

Watch out
Eşyalı means furnished and eşyasız unfurnished. Neither word tells you whether bills are included. Also, a missing deposit figure is missing information: İlanda depozito yazmıyor does not mean there is no deposit.
Try it yourself
Complete the ad: a flat for rent, not for sale. Choose kiralık or kira.
Show answer or example answer
kiralık
kiralık: the blank describes the flat as available to rent. Kira names the payment, so it cannot replace the adjective in this ad heading.
In this fictional ad, monthly rent is 12,000 lira and the security deposit is 8,000. Complete the second label: depozito or eşyalı.
Show answer or example answer
depozito
depozito: the prompt identifies 8,000 lira as security money. The monthly rent already has its own label; the two figures are not interchangeable.
In this example there is no separate payment for water. Complete: the water bill is included in the rent. Choose dâhil or eşyasız.
Show answer or example answer
dâhil
dâhil: no separate water payment is required in this example, so the water cost is included. This tells you nothing about electricity or other bills.
The flat has furniture. Complete its description: eşyalı or satılık.
Show answer or example answer
eşyalı
eşyalı: the clue says furniture is present. Satılık would describe a sale, which gives no information about the furniture.
