MHRS offers booking by website, mobile app and ALO 182. These three invented exchanges practise requests, unsuitable times and cancellation. They are language exercises, not the service’s call script.
The idea
Use randevu almak for booking and randevumu when an existing appointment is the object of a change or cancellation. Randevumu başka bir güne almak istiyorum requests a different day; Randevumu iptal etmek istiyorum requests cancellation. İstiyorum presents what you want, not a completed action. Muayene is the medical examination or consultation, whereas randevu is the appointment.

Watch out
Bu saat bana uygun değil only says the time does not suit you; it does not explicitly request cancellation. Say which action you want. Then distinguish your request from Randevum iptal edildi mi?, which asks whether cancellation has happened. Asking for a different day does not guarantee a free slot.

iptal etmek: the existing Friday appointment is what the speaker wants cancelled. Muayene olmak means to be examined, so it would express a different intention and does not take randevumu as its object.
