e-Devlet Kapısı brings public services together online. You will recognise login and search vocabulary and explain what an application message says. The situations and messages below are invented language exercises, not a walkthrough of a particular service.
The idea
Read a menu label by its function: hizmet is the service, kurum the institution providing it, sorgulama a lookup, and başvuru an application or request. A lookup retrieves information; the word alone does not mean a new application. Giriş yap is an instruction to sign in. Here şifre means password; Şifremi unuttum means “I forgot my password”.
| Portal term | Meaning here |

No Turkish device voice is available. You can still read the text.
Watch out
Başvurunuz alındı says your application was received, whereas Başvurunuz onaylandı says it was approved. Do not translate both as “done”: receiving a request and approving it are different events. These are sample messages for practising that distinction.

On paper, sketch a fictional portal with a login button and two service labels. Explain which label means a lookup and which means an application. Add a received message and say what it does and does not tell you.
