The idea
Acknowledge the concern with Sizi anlıyorum, then state the limit with ancak: understanding is not agreement. Bu noktada size katılmıyorum narrows the objection to one point. Give a concrete reason, as in Teslim tarihi değiştiği için son kontrole zaman kalmadı. To open a compromise for discussion, use Önce acil dosyaları kontrol etsek nasıl olur? The pattern etsek nasıl olur? invites an opinion; bırakırsak sets a condition. Close by saying what each day will cover.

Watch out
Do not use Haklısınız merely to mean “I hear your concern”: it grants that the other person is right. Sizi anlıyorum leaves room for disagreement. If you agree only about the deadline, limit the concession with Teslim tarihi konusunda haklısınız. Neither phrase guarantees that a tense exchange will calm down; tone and context matter.
