Plan a community event together, from the venue to a rain plan.

The idea

〜ませんか invites others to consider a proposal. 〜を踏まえると introduces a judgment based on a factor; 〜ていただけますか politely requests someone to take responsibility.

Examples

Shall we hold the event in the park?
First, let us check the budget.
Given the cost, the community hall may be better.
Could you take charge of publicity?
If it rains, we will use the hall instead.
Let us confirm the schedule at the next meeting.

Watch out

A proposal ending in 〜ませんか is not a decision. Confirm agreement and responsibilities before treating the plan as settled.
