Use にしても to accept a possibility for the sake of argument before giving a response that still holds.

The idea

Attach it to a verb or い-adjective in plain form, or directly to a noun or な-adjective: 降るにしても, 高いにしても, 冗談にしても, 便利にしても. Repeating it after alternatives means “whether A or B”.

Watch out

A single にしても often introduces a reservation or criticism; it does not assert that the first clause is true. With a present affirmative noun or な-adjective, do not insert だ.
